Halloween Costume

We bought William's Halloween costume today. It took a little coaxing to get him to try it on in the store, but then he wouldn't take it off. He wore the dalmatian costume for the rest of the afternoon.

Before heading home, we stopped at Toys 'R Us. They had advertized several special appearances and William had been looking forward to meeting Diego for two days. Once we got within a few feet of Diego, William started to bawl.

When Geoffrey the Giraffe walked past our aisle, we had a little better luck. We kept our distance. William was still afraid of Geoffrey, but he didn't cry.

Later on, he told us, "Diego not scary anymore. Giff scary." Here he is at the end of a very long day.
