Our Adoption Story

We intially created this website to update family and friends about our journey to adopting a baby from Taiwan. We traveled to Taiwan in December 2005 and brought home our wonderful baby boy, William Ke-Fan. The blog has been such a hit with family and friends that we have decided to continue it.

Happy Chinese New Year

Xīn Nián Kuài Lè! That's "Happy New Year" in Chinese. Yesterday (February 7) was the Chinese New Year. Out went the year of the pig and in came the year of the rat.

Gōng Xǐ Fā Cái! This is a traditional greeting for the Chinese New Year which means "Congratulations and be prosperous!"
