Home at Last
We decorated William's room in a bug and turtle theme before we left. The first time we took him into his new room, he seemed to find an endless number of things to look at. He is especially drawn to the wallpaper border, the dragonfly mobile that our friend Jennifer gave us, and the rug.
William has decided to quit creeping/crawling for now to concentrate on other things. He first began to sit up on his own the day before we picked him up. Since then, he has practiced it over and over again so that he can now sit up for long periods of time. It is amazing how persistent this baby boy is.
Will has been working his leg muscles for the last month. His favorite thing to do is to stand. He can grab hold of our hands and pull himself to a standing position. He has even taken some steps--four or five at one time. He loves to bounce while we are holding him so we went out and bought an Exersaucer and a jumper. He loves both of them.

Hey! This is Terri Fish. I like how you posted all of your information on adopting & your trip & of course your baby Will. He is a doll! I met Angie way back in Germany, about 1988 I think. She would have been about 11. Her mom & I have kept in touch. My parents adopted 2 of my sisters, one at 15 months & one straight from the hospital. I love that Chinse saying about the red thread. How true that is. God Bless your family! Love, Terri
