First Christmas At Home
Allen's parents decided to celebrate Christmas at our house this year. It was a real treat for us since we have never spent Christmas at home. We usually travel to visit my parents or Allen's. I had to figure out how to decorate our tree so that three cats, a dog, and a 19 month old wouldn't destroy it in 5 seconds. I ended up making bows to put on it and added a few of William's stuffed animals. It wasn't the fanciest tree in the world, but it definitely served its purpose.
Allen's dad really enjoyed playing with Ginger and Allen's mom entertained Nee-Nee with a laser pointer pen. I think our busy household definitely tired them both out by the end of their stay.
The quilt in the above picture was one of the gifts to William from his Grandma. The smaller quilt on the back of the couch was for the cats.
William still can't say "grandma" or "grandpa". We realized a little while into their visit that he was calling Allen's dad "buh-pa". Allen's mom did eventually get him to say "ma ma-ma-ma" a few times for "grandma ma-ma-ma".

What a special Christmas you had! How wonderful to share with grandparents. Looks like WIlliam racked up too. He's grown so much over this past year. He has always been a handsome guy and he just keeps getting cuter.
