Our Adoption Story

We intially created this website to update family and friends about our journey to adopting a baby from Taiwan. We traveled to Taiwan in December 2005 and brought home our wonderful baby boy, William Ke-Fan. The blog has been such a hit with family and friends that we have decided to continue it.

Halloween Party

The Saturday before Halloween, we went to a Halloween party for our local international adoption group. It was a lot of fun. We had a dozen families or so. There were plenty of games and craft activities for the kids to do. I baked sugar cookies and let the kids decorate them with frosting, sprinkles, candy corn, and Indian corn.

William went as a tiger. Well...he was a tiger for about 15 or 20 minutes of the party. I must say that this was much longer than I expected. Isn't he cute? He even did the "RAWR" sound to go with the costume.
