Pumpkins and Jack-O'-Lanterns

We took William to a grocery store that had a huge pumpkin display in front. He had a blast running around and patting all the pumpkins. He especially liked the little pumpkins, gourds, and ears of corn.

We bought two large pumpkins that William played with until it was time to carve our Jack-O'-Lanterns. He rolled them all over the kitchen and loved to sit on them. I think he was a little disappointed when we carved them because he couldn't sit on them anymore. He was much more interested in the seeds than in the guts.
